BIOINFORMATICS ONLINE (EBO).
I would like to invite you and/or your colleagues to submit an article
to be considered by peer-review for publication in EBO later in 2006.
EBO is an international, peer-reviewed, Open Access journal focusing on
concise and rapid reporting of advances across the Evolutionary
Bioinformatics spectrum. The journal includes commentaries, original research,
application notes, and reviews. We are in the process of finalizing the
inclusion of EBO on PubMed Central. The journal is indexed by EMBase,
DOAJ, and the American Chemical Society. EBO is the official journal of
New Zealand's Bioinformatics Institute.
In order to meet publishing commitments we would need to receive a
draft manuscript from you by October/November 2006. Please let me know your
response to this invitation, and do not hesitate to contact me if you
have any comments or questions.
EBO is freely available via the Internet at no charge. We do have to
recover our editorial and production costs via a publication processing
fee of US$395 (Ј205 for UK authors). However, this only applies to
papers that are accepted for publication after peer-review.
